Casa Da Varanda Residential

Casa Da Varanda Residential

Casa da Varanda Residential is an exemplary architectural and interior design project that masterfully integrates contemporary living spaces with natural elements, completed in 2020 in Franca, Brazil. This sophisticated residential design encompasses a total area of 173.50 square meters and features a distinctive double-height living room that seamlessly connects to an integrated porch area, creating a harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The design's primary focus revolves around fostering family gatherings and social interactions through thoughtfully planned spaces, including a gourmet kitchen equipped with both traditional and modern cooking facilities. The project showcases an exceptional material palette combining concrete, wooden slats, exposed brick, and rustic porcelain tile flooring with stone effects, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while maintaining architectural sophistication. A notable technical achievement is the innovative LED lighting system integrated between wooden ceiling slats, providing ambient illumination without visual clutter. The design incorporates several remarkable features, including an 18-meter span of sliding glass doors that create a seamless connection to the leisure area, and a floating wooden staircase anchored to a single wall, demonstrating both engineering ingenuity and aesthetic refinement. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies how contemporary architecture can successfully merge with traditional elements to create spaces that enhance social interaction while maintaining aesthetic excellence.
