Campanula Salt And Pepper Shaker Set

Campanula Salt And Pepper Shaker Set

Campanula Salt and Pepper Shaker Set is an innovative tableware design that revolutionizes the traditional approach to seasoning dispensers through its sophisticated ergonomic engineering and minimalist aesthetic. Created by Russian designer Igor Lobanov in 2017, this distinguished kitchenware solution features a streamlined cylindrical form with dimensions of 138mm in height and 50mm in diameter, crafted from either molded glass or plastic with turned wood elements. The design's ingenuity lies in its internal architecture, which facilitates a natural flow of spice particles along the internal surface toward a precisely positioned bottom opening, eliminating the conventional need to invert the container. This mechanical innovation ensures consistent portion control through a calibrated dispensing mechanism that releases uniform amounts of seasoning with each shaking motion. The sophisticated internal structure incorporates a thoughtfully positioned tube element that maintains optimal spice volume while preventing overflow during refilling operations. The design's minimalist form factor not only serves aesthetic purposes but also directly contributes to its functionality, as the carefully calculated shape guides the movement of spice particles in a controlled manner. This exemplary fusion of form and function earned the design a Silver A' Design Award in the Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design category, recognizing its contribution to advancing kitchenware design through its innovative approach to everyday dining implements. The design's emphasis on user experience is evident in its intuitive operation, which requires only simple shaking movements over dishes, while its internal filtering system maintains precise portion control and prevents waste.
