704 Home Design Store

704 Home Design Store is an innovative retail interior design project that exemplifies the seamless integration of urban aesthetics with sustainable design principles, created by Brazilian architect Paula Werneck. This distinguished retail space, spanning 30 square meters with a 3-meter ceiling height, masterfully translates brand identity into physical environment through thoughtful material selection and spatial organization. The design's cornerstone lies in its ability to create a neutral backdrop that harmoniously showcases colorful, handmade products while maintaining an industrial-urban aesthetic through the strategic use of cement, pine wood, and copper elements. The store's distinctive features include a handcrafted floor combining cement and painted wood pieces, custom-designed shelving systems utilizing PVC pipes with copper finish, and a meticulously crafted shop window that simulates a street façade, effectively bringing an outdoor urban atmosphere into the shopping mall environment. The interior space is thoughtfully divided into three distinct areas - a living room, dining room, and bedroom - creating an immersive home-like experience that encourages customers to explore and interact with the products naturally. This innovative retail design, completed in just two months with cost-effective solutions, was recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in combining practical innovation with aesthetic appeal while adhering to strict budget constraints and timeline requirements.
