The design philosophy emphasizes the narrative of place, incorporating both interpretive and emotional aspects of environmental experience through its sophisticated architectural composition. Distinguished by its minimalist modern aesthetic, the building showcases large glass windows that maximize views toward the courtyards while maintaining privacy through strategically placed framed screens and extruded elements. The structure employs locally-sourced materials, including natural coral stones in its façade elements and cladding, paying homage to Jeddah's architectural heritage. The building's environmental strategy encompasses high-performance glass, recycled materials, planted green roofs, and solar panels, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability.
