3 Zirve Hotel Complex is an innovative architectural masterpiece situated in the Shamakhi region of Azerbaijan, conceived to harmoniously integrate with its mountainous surroundings. Completed in 2018, this remarkable hotel complex draws its distinctive design inspiration from the three prominent peaks of the Caucasus Mountains - Tufandaq, Babadaq, and Bazarduzu - which is reflected in its tripartite structural composition. The complex, spanning an impressive total area of 32,460 square meters within an 18-hectare site, features a sophisticated cascade design that seamlessly embeds into the hillside. The main hotel building, encompassing 27,000 square meters, houses 205 rooms across five floors, with each level offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The architectural design, which won the Bronze A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category in 2019, incorporates innovative seismic protection measures including pile foundations and reinforced retaining walls, addressing the region's geological challenges. The complex's white façade symbolically represents the snow-capped mountain peaks, while its terraced design deviates from traditional vertical hotel architecture to create multiple viewing platforms. Beyond accommodation, the facility includes comprehensive amenities such as a 400-seat conference hall, exhibition spaces, event venues, spa facilities, entertainment areas, cottages, restaurants, cafes, and a swimming pool, establishing itself as a multifunctional destination that successfully balances natural integration with modern luxury and functionality.
