100 Royal Greey Apartments

100 Royal Greey Apartments

100 Royal Greey Apartments is a distinguished residential interior design project located in Kiev, Ukraine, completed in May 2021, encompassing a sophisticated living space of 133 square meters. Designed by Pytailo Viacheslav and Shevchenko Ruslan, this modern classic interior exemplifies a harmonious blend of contemporary aesthetics and timeless elegance. The apartment's layout features a spacious kitchen-living room configuration, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two dressing rooms, demonstrating exceptional space optimization and functional design principles. The interior's distinctive character is achieved through carefully curated design elements, including decorative fabric panels, ornate wall moldings, and premium veneer wall treatments. A notable architectural feature is the kitchen's sophisticated integration with the living area, separated by an artfully designed bar counter, while the extensive use of marble throughout the space elevates the overall aesthetic quality. The color palette predominantly employs refined combinations of gray and beige tones, subtly enhanced with sophisticated gold accents, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury. The project, which received recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2022, showcases innovative space utilization, superior material selection, and meticulous attention to detail. The design philosophy reflects a deep understanding of modern living requirements while maintaining an artistic approach to residential interior architecture, incorporating specially commissioned artwork and custom design elements that contribute to the space's unique character and functionality.
