The structure, designed by architect Alberto Torres, features a striking vertical monolithic form complemented by an expressive arrangement of horizontal planes that create cascading balconies oriented toward the ocean. Each floor accommodates two spacious apartments, each spanning 200 square meters of private area and featuring three suites alongside generous social spaces, culminating in a total development area of 9,936.38 square meters. The building's architectural language emphasizes authenticity through its materiality, prominently featuring exposed concrete, wood, and ceramic tiles, creating a serene yet sophisticated aesthetic. The design philosophy prioritizes environmental consciousness, incorporating energy efficiency measures, water conservation systems, and thermo-acoustic comfort solutions.
