Atma Apartment Building is an innovative residential architectural project located in Itapema, Santa Catarina, Brazil, distinguished by its groundbreaking parametric facade design and contemporary architectural approach. Designed by architect Rodrigo Kirck Rebelo in collaboration with Katarine Schmitt and Alexandre Henrique Rodrigues, this 65-meter-high structure encompasses 39 residential units across 19 floors, with a total built area of 6,919.19 square meters.
