The design incorporates advanced fabrication technologies, including three-dimensional printing for heating, ventilation, air conditioning components and architectural elements, alongside bespoke artisanal details such as split-faced bamboo cast in bronze for door hardware and table supports, demonstrating a commitment to both technological innovation and traditional craftsmanship. The material palette features substantial elements including custom-fabricated solid Wenge dining tables manufactured in Italy with seating capacity for twelve guests, reflecting the project's emphasis on conviviality and social engagement within a refined domestic setting.
