Located beneath a 12-meter-wide city road, this groundbreaking project demonstrates exceptional spatial planning by connecting two land parcels while creating a peaceful sanctuary away from urban noise. The design, which won the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, features three distinctive mushroom-shaped structures that serve as vertical transportation hubs, organically connecting the underground facility to the street level. The 3,740.69-square-meter site encompasses a thoughtfully arranged sequence of spaces, including a reception hall, sunken courtyard, sales room, and model room, all flowing in a narrative progression that embodies the Chinese philosophy of harmonious growth.
