Be Fly Utopia Sales Center is an innovative interior design project that reimagines the traditional sales center concept through a sophisticated blend of multifunctional spaces and thoughtful architectural elements. Located in Chongqing, China, this 225-square-meter facility represents a paradigm shift in sales center design by integrating a coffee shop, library, and life experience hall into a cohesive whole. The design philosophy draws inspiration from the metaphorical concept if you are fragrant, the butterfly will come, emphasizing customer-centric values and craftsmanship. The space features a distinctive transition staircase with an architecturally significant form, complemented by a visually striking bookcase that extends to the second floor. The material palette combines contemporary elements such as aluminum plates and bamboo with traditional materials like gray tiles and bread bricks, creating a harmonious balance between modern and natural aesthetics. The ground floor houses a contemporary coffee shop with randomly patterned 300x1200 gray tiles that simulate a weathered appearance, while the upper level showcases innovative ceiling design with two reverse folding plates that adapt to the building's original slope structure. The project, which was completed in March 2019, demonstrates exceptional spatial planning by effectively separating dynamic and static areas while maximizing usable space. This outstanding achievement in interior space design was recognized with a Gold A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to creating a warm, community-centered environment that transcends the conventional sales center model.
