The design concept emerged from a strategic consolidation exercise aimed at unifying multiple business units within a single floorplate, creating a cohesive community space that promotes unity and collaboration. The sophisticated design language articulates different experiential journeys throughout the space, featuring a thoughtfully planned layout across two levels that seamlessly connects various functional zones. The interior architecture incorporates distinctive elements such as suspended acoustic panels that create dynamic visual flow, alongside an expertly curated blend of natural materials including wood and biophilic elements. A notable feature is the alfresco café-inspired area, which provides a warm, ambient environment enhanced by the sensory experience of fresh coffee aromas. The design successfully addresses the challenges of large-scale office planning through strategic 'neighborhooding' principles, ensuring efficient workspace allocation while maintaining departmental synergies.
