The design, completed in January 2014, features a distinctive ribbon-like joinery system inspired by the adjacent Hong Kong mid-level escalators, creating a continuous visual element that unifies the space while reflecting the urban connectivity of its surroundings. This contemporary office environment successfully transforms traditional corporate aesthetics into a home-like atmosphere that nurtures creativity and collaboration, incorporating open-plan studio spaces with long desk clusters and strategically placed private offices along the perimeter. The design emphasizes sustainability through the use of recycled chipboard materials and implements a sophisticated lighting scheme that combines gallery-style spotlights with ambient illumination to create a cozy, residential feel. Notable design elements include blackboard glass surfaces for impromptu ideation, acoustic felt curtains, and various collaborative spaces such as a fireplace lounge, casual café seating, and custom diner booths.
