Black and White Narrative Residence is an exemplary architectural and interior design project completed in 2019 in New Tainan City, Taiwan, that masterfully demonstrates the principles of minimalist modern living through its sophisticated use of materials and spatial planning. The residence, designed by Ming Hung Chuang and Chen Shen Wang, spans three floors with a total design area of 459 square meters, featuring an innovative open-plan layout that maximizes natural lighting and ventilation. The design philosophy centers on a white-color scheme complemented by premium Spanish marble slim planks and ceramic doors, creating a harmonious backdrop for the client's Chinese tea-tasting sets and art collections.
