Authentic Eden Residence is a meticulously renovated residential project located in Taichung, Taiwan, exemplifying innovative spatial design solutions within existing architectural constraints. Designed by Wei-Tong Chen in 2019, this 198-square-meter villa transformation demonstrates exceptional prowess in optimizing living spaces through strategic architectural interventions. The project's primary focus was to address the challenges of a thirty-year-old structure positioned at the community's periphery, where public area accessibility posed significant concerns. Through thoughtful redesign, the project introduced a revolutionary approach to space utilization by converting the former garage into a new primary entrance, effectively resolving long-standing accessibility issues.
